Met Jeff and his wife one night while at dinner. Found a need to call him within a couple of days, he told me how to correct the issue since they were so busy.
Everything worked out great, system continued working and after a few days, Joss and a teammate showed up we had several items that needed to be addressed which he took care of and explained fully.
Before he left we signed up for an annual mtce contract and we will get 2 visits per year and quicker service when we call in. God puts good people in your path, you just never know when!!
