We have been this pest solutions since the beginning. I would give them 10 stars if it was available. Today we had a new guy come out named James and let me just say he was top notch. I really liked the other guys as well but James was everything in one!!! Hawk pest solutions needs to keep him for the long haul

We bought a house in Clarke County a few months ago that had, unknown to us, a severe water intrusion situation in the crawlspace. Our realtor recommended Hawk, because she said they are highly rated among all the other realtors she knows.So, Gray (the owner) came out and assessed the problem as the crawlspace being somewhat below the natural water table. He said the fix for it would be to install French drains on three sides of the house, some landscaping around those sides of the house and Installation of two strategically located sump pumps, total encapsulation and a dehumidifier.He had his right hand man, Tyson, come out and do the project. Melvin Mitchell serviced my home today and was very friendly and communicative. I appreciate he sent me a text when he was on his way. When he arrived he checked in to see if I had any questions and was very friendly. Before he begin the exterior treatment he made sure to confirm whether or not I had questions or concerns. He was informative and made sure I understood his process.After his visit was completed, he immediately sent me a report of his visit.Thank you Melvin!
