Donna is awesome! She is knowledgeable, skillful, and cordial each time she is here to exterminate for roaches and to refresh my mosquito buckets. If I see a roach inside my house, it is dead, and we had very few mosquitoes this summer.
Very efficient and prompt. Yates Astro always contacts me at least 24 hours ahead of a potentially scheduled service to make sure I am alright with the timing. It is very much appreciated in keeping our home bug free.
