Called to have my service terminated, due to moving. Spoke to the customer service representative, Deanna from Kansas and she was absolutely amazing to deal with, it was almost like talking to an old friend. The company is a never had any issues with the service itself, and customer service has always been amazing!!

My internet went down last night and I work from home. I tried troubleshooting with the technician over the phone but no luck. They scheduled a home service visit but it was 4 days out. I went into the main office and a woman helped me right away. I apologize I did not get her name, but she looked at my account and instantly offered me a way better deal. She doubled my speed and cut my monthly price in half. She also replaced my bad router and gave me new equipment. She was very helpful and kind. Just wanted to say thank you.

New to the area so new to the company. We had Spectrum previously and so fsr I already see an amazingly good difference between the companies. Setup was quick and easy, tech was knowledgeable and explained everything. Definitely recommend.
