Based on the reviews, Thompson & Thompson Service Group provides excellent service. A friendly technician came for a plumbing inspection as part of the “Entire Home Membership” plan, took time to explain discoveries, and flushed the hot water heater. Another technician was extremely attentive and saved the day with a busted toilet. A young man named Nathan was timely, polite, and communicative for a Spring Service on two HVAC systems. Another young gentleman provided great service. A recent A/C installation by two technicians and the General Manager was professional and punctual; they answered questions, explained the new unit, and swept debris. Their services are highly recommended.
Previously purchased the “Entire Home Membership” plan. A friendly Steele McCall came to my home for the plumbing inspection. Excellent service, took his time and explained all discoveries to me. Included flushing my hot water heater - it needed it. He presented estimates for future repair consideration. I was appreciative of the awareness.
Young man name Nathan came to our home today to Spring Service our two Lennox HVAC systems. He was timely, polite, communicative and did the work to a high level of competence. He can come back any time, I wish there more like him.
Just had A/C installed by Hunter and Kream, also met the General Manager all professional and punctual. Answered questions, informed me how new unit works, even swept debris from the floors. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much guys.
