Based on the reviews, Thompson & Thompson Service Group provides excellent service. A friendly technician came for a plumbing inspection as part of the “Entire Home Membership” plan, took time to explain discoveries, and flushed the hot water heater. Another technician was extremely attentive and saved the day with a busted toilet. A young man named Nathan was timely, polite, and communicative for a Spring Service on two HVAC systems. Another young gentleman provided great service. A recent A/C installation by two technicians and the General Manager was professional and punctual; they answered questions, explained the new unit, and swept debris. Their services are highly recommended.
Our a/c quit working and they got someone out the same day I called. Zach found the problem immediately and our unit was working again. Zach is The nicest guy and Really cared about our issue. I subscribe to the Thompson and Thompson maintenance program. It is worth it to have them do routine maintenance and checks on our plumbing, electric, and HVAC. It’s so Reassuring to know I have someone to call when I need it and don’t have to go searching for someone to respond and help.
Danny Dubois was the plumber that came to service my washer valves that were leaking. He talked to the HOA company in my complex to set up a date when water could be turned off so everything would go smooth and residents would have knowledge of it and were able to plan ahead.
Danny Dubois not only explained to me step by step what the install would entail, but he listened to all of my concerns with patience and answered all of my questions before installing the washer valves.
Danny Dubois provided me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…!!! I would ask for him by name next time I have a plumbing issue.
