When my 5 year old fell and cut his lip in the corner of his mouth, we brought him to Mark & Susan Bisseck. They were amazing. Our little guy was scared but the Bissecks made him feel so comfortable. Dr. Mark even blew up a surgical glove and drew a smiley face on it with a sharpie to help him relax.
Dr. Mark is a master of his craft. Now months later, the wound has healed perfectly with no visible scar. No emotional scars either! If you're looking for excellent care from compassionate people, Mark and Susan Bisseck are simply the best.
Dr Bisseck and this operation has changed my life. I had breast reduction because of the years of constant rash, and back aches, sore shoulders and poor posture. I was very prepared going into the procedure, treated very well at EGRMC, and Dr Bisseck’s follow up treatments were very attentive, it was always a pleasure to go for go in for progress check ups. I am so grateful.

The care I recieved from start to finish is beyond what I expected! Dr. B made it extremely easy to contact him if I had questions or concerns. He contacted me the night before surgery, the night of surgery, and the weekend after surgery to check in and make sure I was doing well.
The surgery was great, Dr. B took good care of me and did a phenomenal job! He is highly skilled and I cannot recommend him enough!
Bri in the office is super helpful and it really is a friendly atmosphere and I always felt welcome.
