The business has really gone down. They need someone in there who can speak and understand the English language very well. There are too many conflicts with pricing and styling of the hair. They just don’t do hair the same. Quality is poor. Plus, they need to clean up the shop. It looks trashy.

I came in with my hair braided expecting to get it done in a different style they charged me to take the previous braids out and wash my hair then told me my hair wasn’t long enough to do ANYTHING with. I’ve been getting my hair braided by someone that does it as a hobby for the past year how it’s it too short for professionals? the customer service is poor had I known they weren’t as skilled I would have never let her touch my head i came to get my hair braided an got everything but that! Just a lazy bunch go work at McDonald’s or something.

I think my hair was long enough to get medium braids in my hair they didn't take the time to really look at my hair to see how long it was but the did a good job I didn't like when they said 200.00 but when they got thu they said 240

My experience was horrible. The staff was not welcoming at all. The place was nasty and dirty. The women there are rude and lazy! Everyone was on their phones the entire time, walking around doing nothing, laying around on couches, eating, not washing their hands, etc! The lady that braided my hair dropped the comb on the nasty floor, picked it up and started back doing my hair! The chair I sat in was broken so it was very uncomfortable. It took the woman 10hrs 30mins just to braid my hair. She asked about 5 of the other girls to help her out and every last one of them said, NO! I was pissed! My hair was braided Saturday and removed by Thursday! What a waste of 220.00 + 20.00 tip! The braids were nice but she didn’t speak English and didn’t understand the style I wanted! I’ll never visit this place again!

Convenient appointments. Service was amazing. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for but better. I love my braids. Price was affordable. The parts were neat and my head did not hurt.

Experience was bad. They were a hr late for my appointment and took all day on my hair mind you I got there at 10 in morn finished at 10 some at night. Also they didn’t give me the size I want and was very rude and was eating during the process . But the braids are neat.

Name a braider better than Mariam! She has been the best for me since she's been in statesboro at her first location by sparker. I absolutely love Mariam! She is beautiful, fine as ever and so down to earth. I highly recommend her for her services!!! I love my girl Mariam!!! I will forever come to her!
