Earl and Kimberly are excellent people to work with. They explained the whole process up front. We had our flooring installed and then after it was completed Earl spotted an issue and sent his crew back out and had them pull the floor back up and correct the issue. Earl and Kimberly go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs.
Earl and Kimberly were great to deal with. They explained everything that would be done before hand. After the work was completed,Earl wasn't happy with one spot and sent his crew back out to correct the issue. Mr. Earl and Mrs. Kimberly were very knowledgeable and respectful when coming out to quote my flooring. They took their shoes off at the door, sat down with me and my Husband and explained all flooring options in extreme detail. They answered all of our questions clearly. Their prices are very reasonable as well! We were extremely impressed by the quality of work done! We highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs!
