Kennedy's Heating & Air is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people. They came out and got right to the problem. Mr. Ethan was so helpful in explaining my thermostats to me. I am so thankful to have them servicing my heating and air units. Let me not forget the young lady in the office with her awesome patience and outstanding customer service.

Adam comes out every time and fixes my old a/c issues. Of course i'd rather not have to need any services at all. I am not sure how pricing is compared to other places, but they bill me later so there's nothing upfront. which is weird from what i'm used to in Atlanta. I don't usually get a good idea of when someone will show up, sometimes it's like 7 pm. so i'll have to be around all day which is not great when the a/c isn't working and it's summer.
