Will is amazing! we had an issue with an HVAC leak and he made sure they came out next day to fix it, even had them come back out when we had expressed concerns with the check they did. He’s been nothing but helpful! His team came and filled in some dirt for us by our septic and has helped up with issues here and there even months after buying the house. So happy so have a JAB build.

Moving from metro Atlanta to Statesboro we weren’t familiar with home builders in the area. JAB Construction built a great house that we absolutely love! Every house after closing is going to have some warranty items, and the team at JAB stayed on top of getting our requests handled to our satisfaction. Thank you JAB Construction!
