Very rude. They do not call to confirm your appointment or give you any directions on what you need to do and where to go. If the VA hadn’t chose this as my office to attend I wouldn’t give them business.

I am giving a 3 star review to the check in process that I witnessed yesterday. All patients who had NOT signed in online were instructed to do so on their phones. There were about 10% of patients who had done so and most had not. The receptionists, who were very nice, had patients get started on their phones even with these patients stressing over this. If the patient could not complete it the receptionist would take their phones and finish for them. One incident the patient refused completely and the receptionist ask if she could do it for her on the patient’s phone… all of the check in. I have a difficult case of Gastroparesis to manage and Dr. Dorvilus and his team are trying everything to help me manage my condition. He has been very diligent with my care and treatment options.
