I am giving a 3 star review to the check in process that I witnessed yesterday. All patients who had NOT signed in online were instructed to do so on their phones. There were about 10% of patients who had done so and most had not. The receptionists, who were very nice, had patients get started on their phones even with these patients stressing over this. If the patient could not complete it the receptionist would take their phones and finish for them. One incident the patient refused completely and the receptionist ask if she could do it for her on the patient’s phone… all of the check in. I have a difficult case of Gastroparesis to manage and Dr. Dorvilus and his team are trying everything to help me manage my condition. He has been very diligent with my care and treatment options.

I hope I’m writing this review in the correct spot. For the two woman who are in the endoscopy produce part. Not the actual gastro doctor. I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I was told one thing and then something completely different happened when it came time to pay. They said I would be able to make payments for the procedure, but instead I was required to pay the full amount all at once. But the thing is they said I had a one time payment and if I paid in full I wouldn’t have another bill. 1,931.00 is what I paid now they are sending more bills. That felt misleading and unfair. If they had been upfront from the beginning, I could have planned accordingly....read full review
