I booked an appointment about 3-4 weeks prior to a wedding I was attending. Erica cancelled on me about 10 hours before my scheduled appointment. I understand things happen, and I understand cancellations. (Even though her policy states she charges a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours before the appointment). However I was told that I would receive a deposit refund. After 6 days, I reached out because I had not received a refund. I never got a response so I sent ANOTHER email. I finally got a response, and she said she sent it through square, but if I have not received it to send her my cash app. I sent her my cash app, and I still have not received my deposit back. It's bad business, and it's sad. I absolutely loved my makeup that she did for me when I booked her before but I will not be returning after this experience. I love patronizing different businesses, and I am never one to bad mouth a business, but this was disrespectful and unprofessional. I can't spend my money where I feel like I am not valued as a customer.

I took the one on one makeup class with Erica and all I can say is WOWWWWW!! It was the best experience ever. She took her time to show me from start to finish what I will need and the technique to complete a flawless soft glam. I am more than satisfied with my skill level at this point!!! Erica never miss a beat in not letting you know if something happen or done came up she will let you know if she need to reschedule or let you know if she will be a few minutes late!!! Arranged an appointment, rescheduled due to bad weather. Arranged my hair appointment and photo shoot around the agreed time with Erica, and she never showed up. Said she would call, NEVER DID. No apology, no refund, no nothing. Haven't heard from her since. My 1st photoshoot EVER, and her not showing up, really broke my spirit. Plus cost me $100+ dollars.
