Been coming here for a few months now, and honestly its a great place to work out, the staff promotes a place of acceptance to those trying to get in shape, stay in shape, and those trying to be professional body builders, lol.
But seriously, if you're trying to bulk up, tone up, or are just trying the gym for the first time, please give 180 a shot, they have so much, the price is affordable and totally worth it, and its just a great place to try and work on yourself !!.
Ppl are really nice. My only complaint is it always stinks. But it’s a gym ya know? Some glade plug ins would do wonders. Staff are friendly. The dog that’s there is the best perk unless you’re allergic. They have childcare. Open 24 hours staffed hours run late. Hidden gem
If you want a nice gym, a clean gym, a gym with brand new machines, do NOT come here. This place is dirty, the machines are old as hell and it looks like it’s been slapped together over the course of 20 years. But golly what a workout I would get here. There is absolutely everything you would ever need. The vibes are off the charts. People are here to lift. I loved coming here and I wish my gym at home was this good. I will miss 180fitness a lot.
