I had the pleasure of working with NYHNB water damage restoration, they were absolutely fantastic. I called them because my apartment was flooded due to a pipe burst. They arrived within 45 minutes and after a quick assessment, they started pumping out the water and drying the apartment. Their attention to detail and expertise in handling insurance claims made the entire process seamless as they handled the whole insurance claim making sure that I get the proper coverage to bring my apartment back to its original condition and not paying any out of pocket money for the cleanup and restoration..
