I was traveling through town when I got a screw in my tire, and this shop went above and beyond to help me out even though they didn’t have to. They were friendly, quick, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Highly recommend their service!
My truck stopped on I-75, called this guy’s and they worked with me on the phone first to help me out, later when i did all i could, they towed me to their shop, and fixed it with a reasonable rate! However their customer service and support along with the communication were on a very high level! Thank you once again
My F150 (pulling a trailer) had a throttle body issue on the highway and thankfully I looked up auto repair shop and JRF Express was at the next exit. I called ahead to see if they could help me out, and they said sure thing come on in. I pulled up and they were out they were waiting, ready to guide me into their building (which is very clean and large).
They were so fantastic to deal with. Extremely kind, and they handled my need with urgency. They are extremely fair in their pricing, and their waiting room is extremely comfortable with a very comfortable couch. If they were local to me, then I would absolutely use them for as many of my repairs as I could.
