Great communication with phone calls and text reminders, on-time to appointment, and a high degree professionalism. Patterson won’t try to just sell on equipment you don’t need. Communicates clearly during appointment on the status of your units. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Patterson since 2018. They provide our Heating & A/C preventative maintenance and have replaced now 3 Heating/AC systems. Most recently this included the air handler in our upstairs A/C unit. Tim and Mitch are the best! They are both very knowledgeable, professional and extremely competent. In addition, they are always pleasant and friendly. We trust that whatever they tell us is needed is exactly that—not padded to drive up the bill, but fair and reasonable to our benefit, not their’s. We highly recommend Paterson and can’t say enough about the high quality of their staff.
