Should have went through the reviews before I went but I was in the area and needed my hair done so I went in expecting usual hair salon treatment. This is NOT any means an attack on the women working there but if I can’t understand you and you can’t understand me (everyone spoke absolutely no English), how can you service me? I also do not like that there isn’t prices posted anywhere, they can add anything to the price and not tell you why. I asked for the receipt and a price breakdown and they couldn’t give it to me. The hair was done just okay, although she did burn the back of my head and carried on unapologetically. Their sinks are so tough on your neck and it was an uncomfortable experience. A blowout costing 85+? Overall I would never come back or recommend anyone. I don’t know how they have a 4.5 rating.

About a year and a half ago I moved to Grayson and I was looking for a Dominican beauty salon. I went to several places but I didn't feel comfortable until I came to Yesenia Dominican Hair Salon. The personalized attention I received, the price and the services made me make the decision to be a loyal client. Ledis, Yesenia and Lineth are excellent. Thank you for making me part of this great family and I definitely recommend this salon.

I have been coming to Yesenia’s salon for a couple years now and I love it, the atmosphere is always welcoming and staff is constantly working. I have always had the best and most convenient experience. I’ve gotten straightened, trim, color and never disappoints

Not welcoming! I’ve visited recently after a long time and came with my hair already washed and conditioned. While I had okay experiences previously, my last visit wasn’t pleasant. I don’t have a problem with paying $80 for a blow out and press but I paid the same thing when I came unwashed. Also, I have long curly thick hair. It always seems like the amount of hair I have is an issue and it’s being dreaded as to who is going to style my hair! My hair is not very coarse, but very thick. Anyway, I won’t be back.

Today was my first time trying this Salon which was a huge MISTAKE!! It can warn you it’s not first come first served. I asked could they put on my eyelashes which I provided. Which was also the strips. She had the nerves to cut them up into small pieces and glue them to my eyelids without asking. She had so much wig glue in my eyes which irritated my eyes so bad.It pissed me off because now I see you don’t know what you’re doing. Then after I asked her to remove them she gets an attitude which I’m the one who should have an attitude because she done cut of my damn lashes. I disputed charges with my bank because My hair also looked a mess. Honestly they shouldn’t be in business selling water!

Wonderful service and staff. Brought my sister in law to have her matted knots cut. But Yesenia and staff helped to untangle her hair and save majority of the length. We were ready to give up hope of untangling it. They worked diligently and were still able to give us a silk press in 3.5hours . That's Amazing. Thank you Yesenia to you and your team. My sis in law and I are thankful.
