I had a good experience at Walmart Optical overall. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to picking out frames. The eye exam was straightforward and the optometrist explained everything clearly without rushing. I appreciated the wide selection of affordable frames and the fact that prices were transparent.

Everyone here was so nice and they make you feel like family! I brought my grandson in and John, Ashley, and Luna helped us find him glasses. I have never experienced such warm and friendly, but professional people. While my grandson was being helped, I looked around and they have a great frame selection. My husband and I are coming back in January with my new insurance.

I love this place!! One of the few establishments still out there that make you feel at home but quick and efficient at the same time. Jon and Sven were so helpful when purchasing two new pairs of glasses for myself! I was unsure about the second pair but they were so informative about the pros of getting a pair of sunglasses with my prescription that it was a no brainer! Great doctor and great staff!
