As a small business, we constantly look to support others in this world where honesty, integrity and compassion are the components for building healthy and viable relationships. A disabled veteran who needed a helping hand reached out to us to see if we could help him with an electrical issue in his home. I called over 15+ electrical companies in the Snellville area and only ONE stepped up to help this man in his time of need. After troubleshooting his situation, it was determined it was a power company issue. There are no words to express the gratitude to USA Electric, Inc. for the prompt and professional service. From Tammy who listened to our problem and scheduled her electrician Luke Underwood to assess the situation, it was reassuring with the effective communication and providing the solution to this problem. Tremendous company and very professional. The company communicates well about arrival time and once they arrive they are very professional and helpful. Luke did a great job with the work needed and it looks amazing. We will certainly use USA Electric again for any electrical needs moving forward. I highly recommend using them!!!!
I highly recommend Doug and his team! I’ve used USA Electric Inc. several times (after a friend recommended Doug) to install a Ring doorbell, change out outdoor spot lights to Ring spot lights, and most recently change out pendant lights in my kitchen. Doug is prompt in providing very reasonable quotes (I’ll often send Doug a picture of my request and he replies with a quote promptly). Doug and his team provide quality work, are very professional, on time, have excellent communication, and offer great pricing. They have great availability too!
