Shan is a professional stylist with respect and care for her clients. None of that "come with your hair half done already" mess these new stylists demand. She doesn't overbook, so you get all of her time vs waiting for the client that came after you to finish with the dryer (rolls eyes). She provides light snacks, beverages, and even a heated neck/shoulder pad to add comfort to your visit. Always great conversation and random perks throughout the year. Plus her Pandora station is on point, lol. Not to mention she's a BEAST with these Microlinks! You won't find another like her. Truly a gem in GwinnettService: Hair extensions
