Awful! Two times they messed up my Rx with my eye exam. First time was in 2020 and after ordering glasses I could not see at all. Confirmed it was what the doctor issued. Had to get a recheck and then go back to the glasses place and have them remake the lenses with the correct Rx. Then AGAIN in 2023. If they can't do a simple eye exam correctly how do they do eye surgery? Crazy!

Waited for 45 minutes after my appointment time. Never got called back. Had to reschedule for a different day because I had to head to work. Huge inconvenience to go to an appointment and them be so far behind so early in the morning.Seems that you are over booking your schedule at the expense of your patients' time.

Many people are leaving this practice! the office has mask Nazi policies. my entire family and parents left (8 people). There are plenty of other good offices that do not have mask Nazi policies!
