They don't like to give you the medical information you request. Just give you the run around until you can't do anything about it and have to one back for another exam for new glasses or contacts. they make kids uncomfortable, do not let them pick their own glasses or the parents. they will make judgmental comments until the child changes their minds. makes parents cry because they can't afford the stuff t
