It's been 6 weeks since my initial visit, and I still don't have my glasses. During my initial visit, I asked the doctor if there were any vitamins or exercises I could do to help my vision. Obviously there are, but I wanted a doctor's opinion. He flatly told me, "no."

Uh-oh. I should've just left. If your medical professional exists solely to write prescriptions (especially ones filled in the building) maybe you should just leave.

I have phenomenal close-up vision, but the distance vision is getting sketchy.

The 1st pair of glasses were bad... unusable. They told me they weren't bad, and that I just needed to learn how to use them. They literally...read full review

Great drs, horrible wait times. Every time I come here, they run behind at least 30min. Today, it has been an hour and 10min and counting! No reason given. Plan to wait a while to see the dr.

When my husband developed an eye infection, we were able to secure a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. From the initial phone call to the follow-up visit, the entire team was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Carlin was truly impressive, taking the time to thoroughly examine and diagnose the issue, which had caused significant swelling.
