Lorena- This dental hygienist is the best. She has been my hygienist twice at Snellville Smiles- ask for Lorena her schedule fills up quickly though. Her bedside manner is great, she explains everything, very calm and patient.

they wanted to charge 6k for a root canal and a crown and then made me pay $100 for their “savings” plan that slashed it in half to 3k. if you go to any dentist in the area, the same procedures cost around 3k or less than that. this place is upping the cost of treatments and making it look like theyre saving you money with dental savings but are just scamming you. never get any major work done here, they’ll charge you way more than necessary and act like they’re helping you out by cutting it in half when in reality its the normal price.

Had to find a new dentist due to insurance changes. So happy with Dr. Desta and the entire staff at Snellville Smiles! Very professional and friendly service.

They make it so complicated to get an appointment. After weeks I finally scheduled one, then they call me the day before my appointment and tell me they canceled it because they decided on a whim that they weren’t gonna take appointments after 1 o’clock. And apparently I didn’t give a confirmation ( even though I did via their automated phone system). This is after already taking time off work. I’m very disappointed with my experience. It’s not a smooth process, it’s very inconvenient, and highly inconsiderate. Don’t bother going here.
