Today I had the best massage at Sage Foot & Body. Jane, my masseuse gave me a good deep tissue massage which I so needed. I’ve been carrying around a lot of stress lately and I could feel that stress being lifted with every pass she made on my body. The warm oil and towels felt absolutely amazing. Afterwards Jane explained to me how all the muscles and tendons are connected in the body and how they can negatively affect you and cause you pain. One of the best massages I’ve received! Bella was fantastic. She educated me about my body based on her findings during the massage and took extra time with me to demonstrate ways to help the issue. Thankful to have this place in town! I plan to come back and bringing friends. 💖
