My first facial experience with therapist Shalaya was a very relaxing one. She told me everything she was doing and what she was using as she went along. I was not in the mood for engaging in conversation and she respected that. I will definitely schedule another facial with her.
This was by far my best experience at Massage envy. Lila was attentive the pressure was perfect and the environment was quiet and allowed me to relax. I left with a lot of relief from the pain I was experiencing coming in.
Brad, was amazing. I deal with chronic pain from numerous neck and back injuries. Brad was very attentive and understanding to my focal points as requested. I've had hundreds of massages over the years and Brad was by far the best!
