I admit I didn't read the reviews in advance. I only came here because my usual spot was packed, but after seeing how horribly my nails turned out, I opened up the reviews and realized everyone else was right: this place completely lacks customer service.
I went in for a pedicure, and the work was incredibly sloppy, especially the polish. It looked so unneat that once I got out to my car and really looked at it, I couldn't just leave.

**DANG NOW I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS 1st… BAD ATTITUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is a pattern!** - Only 2 stars because the lady that did my pedicure was nice and they other staff tried to rectify the issue… BUT If you want a design do not go here!
I’m new to the area and have been going here for the last 3-4 months. If you want builder go to the guy. But they are only good for basic gel and color. I’ve tried designs and both times it was ok. I have been at this Solon a couple of times and what I’ve found is that all of them are the same. They are in it for the money, but everyone needs to understand that these people have to deal with, the bad, the good and the ugly. I feel for them because have to take some jacked up feet and hands and try to make them pretty. When you are not happy tell them, I think they will help make it better ?
