My daughter had two impacted teeth that needed to be exposed, with brackets and chains placed so they could be attached to her braces. She was extremely nervous and scared before the procedure, but everyone in the office was so kind, patient, and understanding, which helped put her at ease. She did great throughout the entire process! We carefully followed the doctor's aftercare instructions, and she is healing beautifully. We are very grateful for the excellent care she received and will definitely return if she ever needs additional oral surgery in the future. Highly recommend!

My son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon was kind, calm and genuinely cared. The office personnel was all nice and understanding of me as a mom being nervous. He has done great in healing and recovering. They did a great job!

I was referred to Snellville Oral Surgeon by my doctor and had my appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM. I arrived early at 1:50 PM, checked in, gave my information, and sat down. The waiting area was pretty full, which I understand, but what I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication and acknowledgment from the staff.
I sat there until almost 3:00 PM without ever being called back or updated. Around 50 minutes after my appointment time, I went up to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. The receptionist said she would go check, came back, sat down, and never followed up with me or gave me any update at all.
At that point, I decided to leave. As a business, if someone is waiting nearly an hour past their appointment time, the least you can do is acknowledge them, apologize for the delay, or communicate what’s going on. Respecting people’s time matters.
This was my first experience there, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I do not return to businesses that make patients/customers feel like their time and presence are not valued.

The Snellville location office lied about the charges. And as I read other reviews, I see what happened to me is a pattern of behavior by all of their billing offices. On 022626, I was told by the dental assistant and both front office workers that my initial exam and 360 xray charge of $400 was waived if I have the surgery. The xray is not charged separately unless I choose not to go ahead with the surgery. They gave me an estimate of $2,180 for a blocked parotid gland. I asked if they would get an insurance coverage estimate, the front office worker agreed. I spoke to her days later and she stated the insurance company is not covering anything. I would have to just try myself. After surgery on 030326, I asked for the full amount due and paid $2,180 by credit card. I understood my account balance was zero when I left that office. I asked for a copy of the paperwork containing the surgery codes that they file with insurance company. She paper mailed the generic invoice. Two months later, I am getting $400 bill for the initial visit/xray. Compared to other reviews, they charged me more than others for the xray. Shame on Dr. Ravi Chandran, you know exactly what is going on.... shame, shamE, shaME, shAME, sHAME, SHAME.
