"""My name is Paul, went in to get a estimate for an Implants options. I have a insurance from Met Life. I had x ray from my dentist yet having a trouble to email to front Desk lady. A nurse told me that they will not charge me for x ray from them so I gave her Permission to do so.
I was scheduled to remove one of my teeth yet I did cancel due to conflicting my own schedule.
They charged me my normal insurance deductible $50. Then about a month later they sent the Big bill $380.63 for an exam fee and that Free X rays...and CTs. Very, Very disappointed and Terrible experience, especially this place was referred my Owner at work. I am contacting my insurance co and BBB to make sure this does not happen to other people.

Decided to use Oral Surgery Assoc. (Snellville office) to remove my daughter’s wisdom teeth. I was told I had to pay in full before the procedure. They contacted my insurance to get the cost which I paid the day of the procedure. Two months after the procedure I received an unexpected bill that was as much as I originally paid. Procedure went well but clearly I was given false information and would not use them again for this reason. Prepare for expenses twice as much as you are quoted if you use them. They are shady if you ask me!

After failing to hear from the office manager or anyone else from this location, this review needed to be written to warned others of what to expect. About a month ago, I had an appointment for a consultation for my wisdom teeth. I was seen by the assistant named Sean who was going over paperwork with me about my wisdom teeth. Throughout process, Sean spoke to me in a condescending manner and even asked me a question that should had never been asked. I was treated with unfairness against when he asked me about smoking weed and never even explained himself for the reason for asking me that question. To even say "This is between me and you, do you smoke weed?" is very unprofessional and narrow-minded. He tried to come off as knowledgeable about my wisdom teeth but was proven wrong when Dr. Chandran came to evaluate them himself. After all of this I asked the office coordinator the reason for Sean to ask me that particular question, and she basically stated that they asked all their patients about that. On questionnaire that every patient has to complete, the smoking section only asks about cigarettes and nothing else. After finding out that the office coordinator was only going to be there temporarily, she said that she will let the office manager, Tracy, know what took place. I never heard from Tracy and was given the run around on trying to get this issue resolved anytime I would call the office. I even asked other previous patients if they were asked the same question and their answers were no. Needless to say, if you are African American or don't' condone with any forms of this type of unprofessionalism, avoid this place.

My wisdom tooth (already erupted) cracked so I had about a week to get an emergency removal. I scheduled for the Roswell location of Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers because it was in-network.
When we arrived for my surgery, we were told that they didn’t have me on their calendar. Turns out they put me on the calendar at their Buckhead location on accident. Because it was emergent, we decided to drive to that location for the procedure.
We ended up having to wait about 3 hours once we arrived. They then tried to tell me that they were not in-network for my insurance and I would have to pay the full cost out of pocket. I did so (again, emergency removal so I didn’t have much choice) and figured it would be worked out later.
Fast forward two months. Insurance sends me a statement of benefits confirming they are in network and I was overcharged by $500. I call to arrange a refund and am again told they are out of network. Insurance calls them and they don’t return the calls. I file a complaint with insurance so they can dig deeper.
Fast forward two more months and I get a bill from their collections department saying I am past due paying $10 and now owe them $15 due to a late fee. They never sent me a bill before and they owe ME.
Called today and now their story is that they are in network, but since it just counted toward my deductible Georgia law allows them to not follow the contractual rates they have with the insurance company so now I owe then more.
Please, for your sakes, avoid this company. They obviously are only out to scam people for more money and take advantage of people when they are in pain.

Dr Lewis could learn some bed side manners!! He told me he doesn’t have a “magic wand” to help the nerve damage. Also, when I told him I bite my tongue multiple times a day due to numbness, he replies with “yeah, you’ve said that” also replied with “you signed a consent form sweetie” You think he would be more considerate of a patients feelings when they are still suffering 3 weeks after surgery. Said the numbness should wear off but might not. My lip/chin and jaw still have numbness and pain. Told him I couldn’t kiss my babies and he told me I needed to just “let it go.” Nurses have been amazing especially the guy nurse. I wouldn’t recommend this oral surgeon to my worst enemy for wisdom teeth removal. What a nightmare this has been. Just don’t want anyone to have to feel as defeated as I have this last month. I have the whole conversation recorded as well.

Dr. Singer is very cold and brash individual. This may be due to the fact that he has been in the industry for over 40 years (he made sure to mention that in our consultation). He just sort of walks through the motions and makes insulting jabs at the parents of teenagers during their consults. Maybe it is a 'God complex' or maybe he just needs to retire. I asked a simple questions about how my daughter would feel after surgery and there was a long awkward pause after. He then said to me 'I was just waiting for you to stop talking' ...as if I had said too much. Not a kind man! We will go elsewhere. The front desk personnel weren't much better. Very condescending and rude.

A friend of mine went here for some work and her bottom lip has been numb since December 2018. It's April 2019. They refuse to help and now they're trying to silence us for it.
