Majik Touch was sufficiently friendly until I asked to look into why metal on my clothes were tarnishing. The attendant decided to laugh at me, even after I asked why it was funny. He said because he'd never seen that before. That is not grounds to laugh at a customer concern. Likely, he was implying that I had some deceptive motive. I only asked them to look into it and determine what the problem is so that I could continue receiving service at a convenient location. I had no interest in money. People should understand that you do not have to tolerate your patronage being taken for granted. There are other providers who will value you.

We take our dry cleaning items here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The service is friendly, prices are fair and the turnaround is fast.

Should be noted that they do alterations also. I recently came in at the last minute (Monday) to have 5 pairs of pants tailored for a trip out of town on Thursday. They had my items ready to go on Wednesday and the hems were perfect.

Very friendly. Great pricing and service. I used them for dry cleaning only and always had a great experience. My husband is very picky with this clothes and we never had the problems we had in the past with other cleaners. No complaints!
