The staff were nice but the ladies' room and pool were deplorable. Hair from somebody's weave, old bandages, shower curtains were stained with a very SHADY looking brown/black substance in the shower. The pool area was grimy. I was already IN the pool when I noticed streams of blackish dirt on the floor of the pool, plus the pool shower to rinse had paper on the floor. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk, he said the clean happens Monday and Thurs but in the morning before he arrives. He didn't look concerned 😳 😬 nor did he apologize for the lack of cleanliness. I don't know about the equipment. I hope I don't get sick from the pool. Deplorable.

The only reason I'm writing this review is because I just took sue's pilates class and it was freaking amazing. You have to have her. Add some more classes on Saturday and Sunday. Specifically, we would like a meditative restorative yoga class on sundays. I would also like for you to hire a spin teacher to replace Eddie. Lastly, the gym is in need of upgrades and repairs. There's mold in the fitness room and the spin cycle room has been closed for quite some time. Management needs to do better at this location.

Been coming here since I was 16. Great gym great equipment and great staff. Izzy in particular always helps out too great guy. If you live close come work out here!

I’ve noticed a real improvement under the new management. The staff feels more organized and welcoming. Aiden and Kyle always greet members. Anthony is also very professional, approachable, and actively present on the floor—not just stuck behind a desk. That said, a few suggestions for further improvement: 1: Monitor handicapped parking more closely to prevent misuse. 2: Equipment could use simple maintenance (a little WD-40} 3: Keep courts available for court activities, not weight training. 4: Work on reducing downtime for out-of-order equipment. 5: Ensure bathrooms are clean and stocked with tissue paper, liquid soap, and towel service. Overall, this is a great gym with a friendly environment, and I appreciate the positive changes the new management and staff have brought.

I came over from planet fitness, and let me just say WOW. The customer service experience is soo much better and different. I would rather pay 20$ more a month to get better service and have more ammentities. Thank you guys for having me as a member and taking care of me
