Kell was phenomenal to work with! Answered my first call. Polite, even to someone that wasn’t exactly sure what to ask :) Was able to get our presale inspection done in a flash so we could secure a vehicle to purchase with confidence from long distance. He called after his inspection and discussed all his findings in detail with me. Allowed me to ask further questions and checked all my concerns thoroughly. I a person that is not easy to trust other people to fix my van and my truck, but in my current physical situation I had to rely on someone I call kell the mechanic and now he worked on my truck and did a major tune-up and my van fix the thermostat and both run better than it did when finished.
