Not only are they timely in their responses and correspondence, they are SO kind and great at their job! My home was immaculate! Vacuum marks on all the carpets, including the stairs! They do an absolutely spectacular job. I really do not have enough positive things to say about Ultracleaner Solution. I have opted for a biweekly cleaning.
