Long story short, was Having a very long week, AC stop working, decided to take a cool bath...Ran a bath, fell asleep, flooded my bathroom out to my bedroom. Called Thunderbolt Cleaning, they came out the same day! Decided to get my stairs and loft done as well. Couldn't be happier. He even recommended someone to come to repair my AC that came out the same evening as well...OMG...TOOK CARE OF THE CARPET, AND THE AC all from one call to Thunderbolt. At very reasonable rates I might add..Definitely 5 stars all the way round. Will definitely be calling him out again. Thank you Jeff, for eveything!!!Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Nothing but love for Thunderbolt. They were immediately responsive, gave me a reasonable quote that they stuck to, showed up when they said they would, did an even better job than I was expecting and even handled a little tenant/landlord drama with poise, savvy and professionalism.
