Promptness of service was somewhat slow. There were plenty of agents but I felt ignored for 10 minutes. The agent who processed my rental was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. However, I was given a vehicle which got much worse mileage than the one I had reserved.
Herz staff and management provided outstanding support and customer service.I needed a special vehicle and the manager ensured that the vehicle was properly reserved for me on the day of my arrival.
The are friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I will definitely be a returning customer.
When the original plan fell through, they quickly stepped in and found the perfect solution without missing a beat. Their dedication and hard work really stood out, and they maintained a positive, friendly attitude the entire time. What impressed me most was their patience and genuine care in making sure my needs were met. It's clear they truly value their customers, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
