Promptness of service was somewhat slow. There were plenty of agents but I felt ignored for 10 minutes. The agent who processed my rental was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. However, I was given a vehicle which got much worse mileage than the one I had reserved.
Herz staff and management provided outstanding support and customer service.I needed a special vehicle and the manager ensured that the vehicle was properly reserved for me on the day of my arrival.
