Northside Urgent Care - Snellville

I’ve taken my child here before for urgent care fell off bike and needed X-ray and stitches. They referred us to the ER down the street. I called ahead to avoid this. I made appointment early this AM for sports physical after work and drove over an hour and half in traffic and rain only to arrive on time and be told office was closing early because of staffing issues. When I asked why I wasn’t called they said they were having technical issues. It looked like the staff simply wanted to go home early that evening and did not want to see any other patients. I’m very disappointed so far and was very excited about having this urgent care less than 5 minutes from my home but they have not been helping in any way.

I took my mother In law in to have her hand x-ray after she had fallen. They asked for her license and insurance card and they put it under their keyboard. They took another patients from under the keyboard and talked to that patient. They called for another patient and they immediately scanned his information all the while my mother in laws information was sitting under the keyboard. They never asked us to fill any paperwork didn't even acknowledge we were there after sitting there for 30 minutes. We got up and asked for her cards back and left. This place is absolutely ridiculous. YOU DONT PUT PATIENTS INFORMATION UNDER YOUR KEYBOARD. ( There were 2 patients ahead of us.) This place is so slow and needs better management. We ended up going to another urgent care and got the best experience and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Do not go to this location.

This location always provides professional and prompt service. I go out of my way to use this location due to short wait time and efficient staff. The front desk MA/nurse that took us back was extremely friendly and so sweet to my son. The provider was prompt and professional, also very friendly.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were great.. it was my second visit there and felt very comfortable

For the past 2 years I've gone there during allergy season and have always had good, prompt service with good results.
