He raised the bid $50 to $700 for the entire project, but also went way above and beyond what I expected: a nasty, never-washed architectural roof with 30+-year life expectancy, and now it looks new front and back (north-facing). A huge back deck about 10-years old that looks brand new and that I oil-stained for the first time. The entire north-facing back side, which had windows that were disgusting, are like new. Almost no damage to the lawn.“

I had a few other items that I had not intended to include but after such a wonderful experience I asked if he could help; he trimmed a Crepe Myrtle to meet an HOA requirement, reattached a shutter that blown off the house, fixed my kitchen faucet handle and best of all got my Christmas tree out of storage so I could decorate for Fall. Ronnie went above and beyond. Also I had some command hooks on my back porch windows that I needed removed, he didn’t just remove them but also cleaned the windows across the back porch. This time of year as I get so busy it was a load off of me to get these items off my list!“

“*(Update) They worked together with another company to get the water up and limit any damage to the house*Had a water pressure issue repaired by this company that was hired by my property manager. They fixed the issue but left within 10 minutes of saying all issues were fixed. Pipe busted going from the water heater to the main water like to the house and it takes a minute to get to the bottom of my driveway to shut the water off.They came back and shop vac’ed what they could and left and another company came by last night and extracted the carpet. One of the guys said his supervisor (idk why there’s a supervisor with a 2 man crew) was rushing to leave even though they’re supposed to wait 1-1.5 hours before leaving to make sure everything is in working order. Very frustrating experience. If all turns out well on the back end of this I’ll leave a much better review.“
