Eternal Hills is the best funeral home I’ve ever been to. It’s very clean, very quiet and they treat you like human, especially in these moments when you are most vulnerable. From the time you step in to the front office, you will feel welcomed. They are understanding and considerate. We asked for more time to cry and mourn the loss of my sister in law and it was granted, even though they have another viewing scheduled and will have less time to get ready for that. Amazing staff and very well dressed and professional people.

The lousiest customer service I have encountered in a really long time. I discovered today I was speaking w/ the “general manager” Gregory Williams the entire time. Initially Gregory was helpful & friendly. He told me he lived in a non emissions county. He offered to send customers my way due to my owning an emissions business. Fast forwarding, I decided to leave my family members burial plan at the cemetery and funeral home of the town she resided in prior to her death. I called Williams to obtain the death certificate. Williams was cold as ice. He told me he couldn’t talk to me due to him signing a contract w/ the funeral l home in my hometown. Bare in mind, I chose Eternal Hills to pick up the body, embalm etc. He further told me the funeral home in my hometown did not pay him. I forgot to mention he said I would owe $3200 regardless to if I kept the body there or moved the body to my hometown. This was a lie. The cost was half that amount. He also told me for 5% of the cost of the burial, I can have a 3rd party company obtain money from the insurance company. I know I dodged a bullet dealing w/ this funeral home. I spoke w/ Williams today 3/2/26. He stated he received payment today after telling me on Friday he was not paid for services rendered. I asked how the money arrived so fast. He stated the funds were sent overnight. In short, I spoke with Michael. I asked Michael if he could email a copy of the death certificate. Within 15 minutes Williams sent a sloppy lopsided email of the death certificate. I had issues w/ the funeral home in my hometown but I know for certain I made the right decision not to use Eternal Hills Funeral Homes. I would not treat a dog in the way Williams treated me. It is already a difficult time. I chose this funeral home b/c he offered good customer service initially. I declined to use the Stockbridge location for lackluster customer service. I planned to use this funeral home for me & other family members but after this experience, I will not. I must add Holly was amazing on the cemetery side. I may or may not receive the copies I paid for. He address on the death certificate is incomplete. I can’t bring myself to contact Eternal Hills again.

My father passed on a Thursday evening. By Friday at 1:00 PM, I had not received a call from the funeral home. We met Saturday afternoon and were informed burial would be approximately two weeks out.
Because their computer system had changed since the prepayment, it took several days to obtain the contract, which delayed arrangements and website postings. A family-written obituary sent on Monday was not posted until Friday after a follow-up. When weather caused an additional delay, service dates were updated online, but the obituary was not.
The funeral ultimately occurred nearly three weeks after his passing. The death certificate was received approximately 20 days later, which delayed estate matters. No guidance materials or next-steps information were provided.
Overall, communication delays and administrative issues made the process more difficult than expected.

My father passed away on April 24th, 2025. His plaque was paid for August, 1999. He still doesn't have his plaque for his moselium. We were told would be 6 months and now it's been almost 9 months and still no plaque. Hard to get anyone to return my calls. My Mother is very upset that daddy doesn't have a plaque yet. She feels it is disrespectful for the funeral hope to have let this issue go on for this long. Please respect daddy and our family by getting his plaque soon. If the company you have ordered from can't deliver on this, please find a company that can. Thank you, William Malone's Family.

Recently when my mom passed away we received excellent and compassionate service from Eternal Hills. Gregory, the director, was very helpful and answered all of our questions and helped jus plan a beautiful service. The best part is that Eternal Hills helped us years ago pre plan and pre pay for the entire funeral. This was invaluable. Thank you so much for your compassionate service

I wasn't pleased with the pre-need services here, except for the mortician who picked up my husband after passing away from in-home hospice, and the gentlemen who attended Eternal Hills at my husband's memorial service. They were very professional, polite and attentive. Waiting 4 weeks for the death certificates was extremely frustrating, especially because I paid in advance.

The experience I had was very kind, considerate and honest. Their standard of care is very high and, they stand behind their contracts by people who have paid for their Funeral and internment years before. The flowers were above expectation. People commented to me how beautiful the flowers were and beautiful my mother looked. Very good job and I can tell that they work from the heart not the pocket.
