I have been a patient at east side , spine and wellness for years. I left for approximately 5 months to another pain doctor. To be honest , it is very hard to find a pain center that holds credibility with the medical association. The new office that I chose change doctors 4 times on numerous occasions.That doctor could not write my prescriptions for my insurance.I had to pay full price for my prescriptions. I AM A RETURNING PATIENT TO EAST SIDE. Where I was treated in a dignified and respectable manner. Dr. Stewart and his staff are amazing. They are very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, caring and professional. I have been a patient with them for about 14 years all together. I started with them in 2011 until about 2017. I moved out the area for a few years and returned to them in 2024. They are still an amazing.team that does their best to treat you with the proper attention and plan. I would advise anyone to give them an opportunity to assist them with their pain needs.
I was in a lot of pain, but Taylor, RN, did my initial intake and I left feeling like I had made a new friend. Cheryl, RN, was my nurse for the procedure, and she made me feel truly seen and comfortable. Dr. Harbut was not in a hurry and took the time to explain each step. I left feeling like they genuinely cared for me.
