This staff is unreliable! I got injured and was referred to this clinic. I was asked to get a referral from my PCP, got it and still 8 days after they don’t have the referral and denied me an appointment! I am never going to this clinic. I Do Not recommend it to anyone!

They want to schedule as many different appointments as they can so they can charge more money. I have pain in my lower back and hip area. They said "ONLY ONE BODY PART PER VISIT"That's a quote from them! I said I don't know which part is the problem. To which they replied I can schedule two appointments.

After hearing great things about Dr. Smith at AOC, I was excited to get an appointment with him to address my ongoing knee problems. Unfortunately, I did not get to see him. I arrived for my appt and spoke w/ the receptionist at 12:30. She informed me that my appt was at 12:20 and Dr. Smith was gone for the day. While I understand late arrivals impact schedules but I cannot imagine that Dr. Smith was only factoring in 10 mins to meet and assess me as a new patient. It was a red flag for me that patients here might not receive the appropriate amt of time w/the physicians to clearly understand their health concerns.
