The team did an excellent job relocating our HVAC vents from the walls to the floor. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. As an interior designer, having reliable trade partners is essential, and I truly appreciate having a team I can count on. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.
At first I was an extremely dissatisfied customer as our problem was not resolved after two different service calls. Turns out our problem was a bit more complicated than initially diagnosed but the owner (Ullyses) explained the problem and resolved the issue more than fairly. After getting to know him and seeing how this situation was resolved I would not hesitate to do business with them again or to recommend him to others. Good job.
Ivan was amiable,knew his biz and clearly enjoys his work.
