Adam and his team were great! We had a washer leak in our laundry. We had water damage and mold and he fixed it all after treating the mold. Would recommend his services. We are in Smyrna.
I cannot say enough good things about Adam, Terry and the rest of True Resolve. It was a long 3-month process thanks to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years breaks by the insurance company, but throughout the entire thing Adam made sure we were moving in the right direction. We had a kitchen pipe fail while we were out of town and 2/3 of the house was unlivable. We required significant water mediation, demo, material pack-out, and reconstruction. The documentation of the loss was flawless. He had everything recorded for insurance purposes. All of his contractors were wonderful/well vetted, and he took care of the scheduling and payment. We had drywall, plumbing, electrical, paint, hardwood floorers, and tilers all needed. He also helped us understand the insurance process and pushed back (politely) to ensure we got the amount required for the loss. Also, communication? 10/10. So, if you ever find yourself getting a frantic call from a parent saying "your house has flooded!" and you don't know what to do? Call True Resolve.

After having a water leak Sunday evening, I called a dozen companies without success. With True Resolve, the owner, Adam, picked up himself, educated me on my situation, and said he could be there first thing in the morning.
