I specifically asked if they wash matte/satin wraps before I entered since these finishes require extra care. I should’ve never went. They scratched my wrap and I didn’t notice until I got home. This was literally the day after I got the car wrapped too. You can see a long scratch in the front and minor scuffs on the right of the lights. (The last picture was before I took it to get washed with no scratches)

First time customer. They did a great job on my car in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. The waiting area was clean and safe with free Wi-Fi and complementary coffee. I will definitely be back.

I didn’t have a great experience with this business. I have a white vehicle and came in 9/21/23 to get my car washed and vacuumed. They did an okay job on the inside but didn’t clean the exterior well. Several spots was missed and you could clearly see the dirty. I had to wipe it off myself once I got home which defeats the purpose of me paying someone to clean it for me. They even charged me an extra fee claiming my vehicle was extra dirty due to a couple bug splatters on the hood but failed to clean my car properly.Edit: What makes this experience worse is the business not taking responsibility for there actions and blaming the customer for not doing something they pay their employees to do which is to check and make sure the vehicles are properly cleaned. I’ve never had this issue on a business day with any other car wash. Therefore I would recommend anyone looking for a good car wash that pays attention to detail and has great customer service to look elsewhere.

Solid job, great price. They allowed cash back so I could tip their people in cash. The waiting area has a great aesthetic with large windows facing the finishing area so you can watch their attention to detail.

I’ve been here a few times and they always do a solid job cleaning my car. Prices are based on vehicle size with additional costs for lots of bugs, etc. Hopefully they can add some detailing services in the future.

I have a high-end luxury car and a 17 month old baby - accidents happen. I wasted a bottle of milk on the floor and overnight it set in leaving a soured smell. I brought my car to see if they could treat the carpet to get the smell and milk residue out. They were closing but the attendant was super helpful and advised me to come back in the morning when they opened so they could take care of the carpet. When I came back early the next morning, I was greeted by the owner - a white male - who almost immediately went into all the reasons he could not help clean the carpet. He said they are not a detail service (even though the name of the business is “Smyrna’s Finest Hand Car Wash & Detail”) and acted as if he didn’t comprehend the idea of shampooing the carpet to get out a smell. He was very rude and unprofessional and focused on everything he could not do to clean my car, literally almost immediately when I pulled up and before I could fully articulate what I needed done. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was because I was a black woman with braids in a nice car… I don’t usually post reviews but this was too bad not to. I mean…why would a hand car wash and detail service not be willing to extend car wash services, particularly after it was communicated the service could be performed? I will not be giving my money or business to this establishment.

Hit or miss. The first time they did a great job! However, the last 2 times I visited I had to ask them to go over areas they missed. Today, there was gum residue left on the outside my window (I came there to have it removed) It was as if they missed that entire window. The console was not cleaned either. Asked them to go over it and debris was still there. Left unhappy.

Just came from using this car wash for the first time for an exterior and interior cleaning on June 10th, 2023. This was on a very busy Saturday around noon. My experience was quite good, hence my rating of 4 stars. Most of my car was cleaned very well, both inside and out, when I first looked at it. Forgive me if I am being a bit of a perfectionist, but here is why I am not giving a 5 star rating:1. Since Atlanta has a lot of highways and a lot of bugs, getting bugs on the front, hood, and side mirror shells is unavoidable. When I did my final inspection there were still a lot of dead bug remains on the front of the hood and side mirror shells that had to be wiped off with a little pressure, which your team did for me with courtesy when I pointed them out.2. The stainless steel surface of the tailpipe caps of the car were pretty dirty at first look, which your team also wiped down for me, but not as clean as they could have been. I did not want to be too difficult after pointing out the bugs, and so I left without pressing it further. I think that when the rest of a car is so clean, dirty tailpipes can let the look of the car down.I would recommend these two areas be emphasized with your team in the future, perhaps with the initial cleaning phase of the process, which appeared to me to be where some limited downtime might exist. The people at the end of the line appeared to be really working hard, but you may have been short staffed on that particular day on that side of the house since the owner was pitching in while I was there (although that may not be unusual).Overall, I think you have a great operation and a courteous and hard-working team so thank you and thanks to your team.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
