Jen was not only professional but also very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Mr. Lee, her dad, is quite the character and it seems like his sense of humour is off putting to a lot of people but we joke around in a similar style where I come from, so it didn't bother me. It was important to me to find someone who realizes that underneath the acrylic or polygel or polish, people have real nails that should be taken care of. I highly recommend Lovely Nail and especially Jen to anyone looking for expert nail care. Thanks, Jen. I'll definitely be back soon!
