“My wife and I went to Modify Atlanta, initially, because they carry Lee industries. We stayed, after our first visit, because of how kind, generous, and thoughtful Julia and Kate were to us. We were at a bit of a loss regarding how to pull together our eclectic tastes while also adding some necessary seating. Julia selected beautiful fabric on an incredible chair and ottoman - we couldn't be happier. The furniture arrived on time and even better than we planned. We have worked with Jeffrey for almost a decade now, and are very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.Our first interaction with Jeffrey was almost a decade ago, when we decided to renovate our home near Emory. Jeffrey captured our vision and able to change the façade of our existing home, transforming into an almost a brand new home. We were drawn by his attention to details, and giving different ides, yet respecting how we wanted to transform the façade. The final outcome of home was just perfect.We were looking to purchase a home on Lullwater, incidentally that was designed by Jeffery in historic Druid Hill district. When we landed in his office during our due diligence, we learnt about Jeffrey experience with historic Druid Hill development. Unfortunately that particular lot did not work for us.Our search landed us at another large lot in historic Druid Hill district, where we decided to develop a family estate. So it was natural for us to reach out to him to develop site plan for this new site.Jeffrey transformed our vision on plan, and has continued to work with us as we have progressed in development plan, following historic guidelines, and evolving plans as per district requirements.We have been pleased with his designs, nuances to details and willing to make changes at the nick of the moment.
