Kelly Ann was absolutely the best! We had a whole house. renovation. Kitchen, scullery 4 bathrooms. Everything from showers to sinks to tubs to toilets. Everything. It could have been very complicated and stressful , but Kelly Ann handled all of it with incredible ease and made the process so smooth and organized. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more thorough or professional than Kelly Ann. If I could give her more stars, I would!
I had the pleasure of meeting both Kelly Ann and Mandy, both are salespersons. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me great advice on what choices I had for my bathroom upgrades. They both even took the time to speak to 2 of my plumbers to tell them the scope of the work so that they would understand fully what was involved. The quality of everything that I saw at Kohler and what I ended up purchasing were all excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly Ann and Mandy. I highly recommend them and Kohler for your future bathroom and kitchen needs.
Brian and Emily were Amazing to work with. Emily transferred to the Nashville store during the renovation and still helped me finish everything. I had to exchange some items and they both made everything so easy. They took the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you Brian and Emily!
