Showroom is beautiful, staff is very helpful/knowledgeable, customer service is great. However I was told one of my items (we ordered 9 items for a bath reno) , the 12" waterfall rainshower head, was out of stock & would be ordered from a 3rd party vendor. I'm hoping management will make this right as so far two deliveries for this item have been made. The 2nd replacing the first. Both of which came from local 3rd party vendor. Kohler sticker was not fastened, or re-fastened previously, rainshower head was wet out of the box, and oil/fingerprints were noticeable on the face. Again, hoping management will make this right by ordering a new item direct from Kohler....read full review

Nice store and good staff. Love being able to see bath plumbing fixtures in use before purchase, it means a lot. High end bath remodel and the quality of finishes and plumbing shows. I was helped by Mandy.

The owner greeted me and in a minute solved my problem. I am a handy man. I needed a part. The Kohler website is not for the faint of heart or 70 year olds. She knew where and how to get the part I needed. In and out in 5 minutes. Problem solved.
