I reached out to Flood Pros for help with my insurance claim. Allstate was refusing to pay my water damage claim. Jamal who responded to my call put my mind at ease when he said that he would help me.
Jamal was excellent at explaining each step, instructing me on how to confront Allstate and move my water damage claim forward. He walked me through the process explaining every step. He was easy to reach, always returned phone calls and very patient when answering all of my questions. He even spoke directly to Allstate on my behalf! He went above and beyond. In this stressful situation, his professionalism and responsiveness was outstanding!
Ryan is incredible! He took my call late Sunday night while I was standing on my front porch - drenched. He set my mind at ease and said he would be at my house on Monday morning. Not only did he get to my home on Monday morning, he was early! He walked around the affected areas and was transparent about what he saw and what needed to be done to get things back in order. The best part - he told me how to do it myself and said my wife and I did a great job of getting things under control ourselves! Who does that? Not very many people.
