First let me say that her customer service is top tier! I had questions about what products to use that would make the curls pop, and she answered immediately followed by pictures of the product's and how to use them. The wig was gorgeous to say the least. With just a little adjustments to create the effect that it served. The texture is more of a natural hair texture with a tight coil.
