I hate to leave this rating because I will say my lashes were great the first time I went. However, I booked a second appointment and prepaid, as I did before and I received a text the day of my appointment saying the lash tech wasn’t available at the time I booked and if it was ok to come later. I agreed because I still needed my lashes done. I arrive to my later appointment and then am informed that my appointment was for the earlier time. The lash tech at the salon then says to hold on a minute while she makes a call. I wait about 20 min and then just asked the lash tech if anyone was coming and she says no and that she cannot do them because she is booked. At this... read full review

This is a nice place and the people do great brows. The only reason I am leaving a low rating is because I feel a bit disrespected that my texts are now all of a sudden being ignored after I questioned an additional charge that came out of my account. I initially booked my appointment through styleseat which is the company used to book for this business. It was $10 service but when I went there I ended up getting a tint as well making the new total $20. I ended up tipping $5 which I paid a total of $25. Well the original styleseat amount ALSO came out which is the extra $10 which should have been canceled or refunded since I already paid $25 in store. So basically I spent... read full review
